Pay over time.

CDM LAW accepts credit card and eCheck payments and offers Pay Later financing through LawPay, so eligible individual clients can split legal fees into monthly payments instead of paying all at once.

Looking for payment plans for legal fees? Individual clients in Conshohocken, Montgomery County and throughout Pennsylvania can apply for legal fee financing through LawPay, subject to lender approval.

Have questions?

Common questions

Who can use Pay Later?

Pay Later is available to individual clients, subject to an eligibility check by the lender. Businesses paying for business matters are not eligible.

Does applying affect my credit?

Eligibility and terms are determined by the lender, Affirm. Its application explains what information is checked before you accept any loan.

What amounts can be financed?

Invoices from about $150 up to the lender's limit may qualify. Your available amount and terms depend on approval.

Who do I pay each month?

Monthly payments go to the lender, not to CDM LAW. Questions about your loan should go to the lender.

I don't see the Pay Later option.

Pay Later appears when you pay an invoice or payment request from our office. Call us at 610-994-0281 and we'll send one.

Payment options through Affirm are subject to an eligibility check and may not be available everywhere. Financing is provided by Affirm and its lending partners (affirm.com/lenders), not by CDM LAW. Rates and terms depend on approval. [CONFIRM EXACT DISCLOSURE WITH LAWPAY BEFORE PUBLISHING.] Paying an invoice does not change the terms of your engagement agreement with CDM LAW.
