Alicia B. Lai, Esq.

Alicia B. Lai, Esquire, is an associate attorney at CDM LAW and a Pennsylvania attorney with a heart for people and a passion for justice. Alicia brings legal experience, empathy, grit and a belief that everyone deserves to be heard, whether representing clients in family law matters, civil litigation, criminal defense or business matters.

Born and raised in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, Alicia attended Norristown Area High School. She graduated magna cum laude from Florida International University with a degree in International Business and a focus on finance. She received the Legal Scholars Full Tuition Scholarship and earned her law degree from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where she was a member of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel Law Journal.

After law school, Alicia began her legal career on Long Island, New York, before returning to her roots in Montgomery County and joining CDM LAW. At CDM LAW, she assists individuals and businesses with contract drafting and disputes, compliance, civil litigation, business matters and estate planning.

Outside of work, Alicia enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.
